BrandForge AI Refund Policy

Who we are: Oliver Schuetz, trading as AUTONYX, ABN 91 707 693 060, Cairns, Queensland, Australia.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It is written so you can read it in two minutes.

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every plan (Solo, Freelancer, Agency) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not happy with BrandForge AI for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.

The 30 days run from the date of your first payment, not from each monthly renewal. The guarantee applies once per customer per plan.

2. How to claim

Email support@getbrandforge.ai from the email address on your account.
Put "Refund request" in the subject line and include the email you signed up with.
We will confirm within 3 business days and issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Currency conversion differences and bank fees are outside our control.

3. What happens after a refund

Your access to paid features ends when the refund is issued.
If you were on Freelancer or Agency, your subscription is cancelled at the same time, so you will not be charged again.
Your account stays open without a paid plan, and you can download any brand books you generated during the 30 days before the refund is issued. We recommend downloading before you request the refund. Brand books you generated stay viewable and downloadable in your account for 30 days after the refund; after that we may remove them.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Freelancer or Agency subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (link in your account settings). Cancelling:

stops all future charges;
keeps your paid features and share links active until the end of the period you have already paid for;
does not by itself trigger a refund. If you are within your first 30 days and want a refund, email us (section 2).

5. After the 30-day window

After the 30-day guarantee period:

monthly subscription payments are not refundable for part-months. If you cancel mid-month you keep access to the end of that month and are not charged again;
Solo one-time payments are not refundable;
unused generations are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

The exception is section 6.

6. If the service does not work as it should

Separate from the guarantee, if BrandForge AI fails to work as described (for example, a generation fails and cannot be completed, or a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period), tell us at support@getbrandforge.ai. We will fix the problem, re-run the generation at no charge, or refund the affected period, whichever is appropriate. This applies at any time, not only in the first 30 days, and is required by the Australian Consumer Law for Australian consumers.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We will almost always sort it out faster. If a chargeback is raised for a payment we have already refunded, or while a refund request is in progress, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.

8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose you told us about. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to have the problem fixed, to cancel and receive a refund for the unused part, and in some cases to compensation. This Refund Policy adds to those rights. It never replaces or limits them. If you live outside Australia, your local consumer laws may give you similar rights, and nothing here takes those away.
